Хороший и Чистый дом с ремонтом. Все коммуникации в доме, всё как на фото. Удобное расположение комнат - есть столовая и отдельно гостиная. Полноценная кухня, 3-х конфорочная газовая плита, стиральная машина, посуда, белье. В общем есть всё для комфортной жизни. Шустрый интернет. Территория большая, есть где детям побегать. Во дворе инжир, хурма, облепиха.

Advantages:

Фотографии соответствуют, есть мангал, wi-fi, кайф в доме что нет соседей отдыхаете своей компанией (нас было 8 человек, все разместились), до пляжа минут 5-7, пляж хороший, практически такой же как в Пицунде. Хозяева очень хорошие люди! Советую выбирать это место для отдыха!
